Another week with no donations :( I am about on Tuesday to lose my car due to a small loan that I have to obtain to get us out of the gutter last month with some expenses, now by all means I try to rescue the situation and unfortunately is impossible, my income is not enough to cover the loan refinance or even cover my basic needs I beg you if you have a heart look inside and donate. Any amount will help. I am not asking you to give thousands of dollars at once if you can donate 5, 10, and help me getting people able to donate little amounts is all we need right now to accomplish the thousands I need for my dentures and other things that have been piling up and have deadlines that I will not be able to extend much longer. The Google+ gestapo is not allowing me to post nothing because someone either reports my post of my gofundme.com as spam or because the amount of posting was high. However, I was just trying to get more people involve in my cause; even here I do the exact same thing of posting constantly. Therefore, I am not getting block to post here and I understand that if someone do not like what they see, they just need to block the posting itself, not screw the person reporting it. If you have Google+ and able to post there, please, post in my behalf about my gofundme page, the more people see it the sooner another donation can be accomplish, because as I posted recently and it stays in the posting this I will lose the car. Does the cat is trying to tell us somethiing

“Side story” I know this will sound strange but do you believe in coincidence or six sense from animals, if you do let me tell you, last night we were planning on going to do groceries at 12 midnight, once my wife food card was reload. So we have a cat, once we were ready to go out, she was in the bedroom once at the door but without opening it yet, she came running something that she never does; she sat at the door like saying no guys do no leave or you are not supposed to go right now anywhere , which we thought was very unusual, for the cat to act this way. But did not care much, we got to the car in the parking lot, the car did not start at all, so we went back to the house very hungry both but we did not leave. In the morning I left my wife sleep until 10:50 or so, that way we could try to get a neighbor to jump start the car and can get some work done myself, once she was ready we go to the parking lot but no one close to ask, I thought let’s try if it does not start we will stop someone in the parking lot and we ask to be jump start, put the key in the ignition and BAAAMMM! It starts right away. I think the cat try to WARN us that something was going to happen by going so late to Wall Mart may be a robbery or an accident or even stop by police for something so dumb like a tail light. But considering the insurance, just have like 4 days expire it could be a problem, any way something to talk about right.

Judgeing or not judgeing that is the question?

I ask my wife if she has had any replays from her sharing the link for the donation page I have on gofundme.com with friends and acquaintances, she said to me that one of them has said something like. Oh well if he have better job he could afford to see a dentist or if he have better hygiene he will not lose his teeth. And I am not quoting anyone in particular. She does not recall the exact comment, because she deletes the actual comment, which I do not understand why, she deleted or maybe if she did it because she found it as judgmental as I did. 

I find quite offensive, disturbing and disappointing that a friend or acquaintance think that low of me. When they do not even know me well,  or what we being going thought the  past years, or how much of a struggle is to be in one income as we been, especially when is not lack of hygiene. 

I was brushing my teeth look at my wedding photo I have teeth there. Now when the first one fell off while I was brushing no pain or nothing it just fell off.  And in regard of a job well is not like I am not doing everything in my power to support my wife and I, evermore, so, I keep food in our table and a roof over our head.   

Last but not least I would love to hear what all you think of this. And if you think judging a person is something that should not upset someone deep inside. I personally do not like to do it myself, to judge someone or anyone's circumstances but to try to put myself in their shoes for one moment, before I even think on judging but that is me. This is been a long absence on my end

Happen to be busy  working and taking care of many things in life that do not stop or allow me to get near the computer much to blog, however, I am here still alive not so well but alive is been so much going on that I do not know where to begin.
Last time I said or blog that my process was moving steady well I became finally a permanent resident of the United States of America coming finally out of the shadows, overtime got busy finding a job getting a job as Spanish Medical and non-Medical Certified Interpreter working for a company that is been wonderful to work with, moreover, keeping me busy going to clinics hospitals etc.

A year after my anniversary of becoming permanent resident got assaulted and rob coming back from the corner store next to my apartments so I report this to the USCIS and even with the police report I had to re-apply for the green card and pay 450 to get the application submitted and again re-fingerprinted now again waiting time for it job wise interpretation is slowing down lately and unfortunately got to the point I have to have a second job to keep things going.

With my wife not been able to work since all the load is now mine and thing are getting harder but like anything there is times up and times down now is one of this down times find a job beside the one of interpretation CSR front desk in a hotel and came with more and more mouth problems I happen to be losing my natural teeth but you will read more in the link I will put at the end please do not forget to share it if you can or if you can help it will be wonderful.

Going back to the CSR I have only one molar left in the left top side all the bottom teeth and a molar on the same side but on the lower jaw which increasingly got more lose overtime and infected, finally when I go it out the infection sets in, and I did look like Jay Leno from Saturday night because the swelling.

I lose one day at work, and the next thing that happen was  my car start failing mechanically, which I thought that is not a problem, well I have to keep working no matter what, so I will take the bus.

Then the following day my wife end on the hospital due to an emergency, and lose another day; a total of two days missing in action as they said, however, that cost me my job In the hotel and because the issue with the car not working I knew it will affect the other job I have as interpreter, especially because if I am requested for an emergency, I will not be able to take the assignment(s) and second of all the distances for any other jobs will not have the transportation or public transportation. Sadly I do not make much to be paying or spending money for a taxi cab, so I decided to start looking for work around my location near home but no luck at all.
All of sudden I receive a phone call; to my surprise was someone that I just recently add to my LinkedIn network offering me a job?

What are the odds of that in such short notice and time specially because the offer she did to me was in regard of telephonic interpretation like she knew i did not have a car, even more nor she gave me the classical response “well if you do not have a land line we cannot work with you” to my question in regard of a cellphone use instead of a landlines but instead she said as long you have a working phone even if it is a cellphone we can work with you. Which came as a blessing in disguise, because I will not have to use my car first and second I will still generating income mean time and even if I find a regular job, this came like a ring to a finger.

So that is what is been going on guys, I am sorry for not coming forward to tell you everything that is been going on; but there you have it a long story make it short, there is more to come hopefully. Now going back to the link I was talking about above I make a gofundme.com page in order to assist with the increasing expenses that dental work is causing, and the need for a better oral health and better health overall.

I already have a heart attack and all because of this, sometimes we do not contemplate or have in consideration the consequences of not attending this on time, not having good oral health and or how can affect your overall health in general. And it is unfortunate. I have to take care of this more than ever because my mouth is what I use to work with, so I have to take care of it.

Another small step accomplished

Finally I am glad to inform that my process is moving steady and slowly but surely however every day that passed by feels like an eternity sometimes I wish the waiting part was over I am part of the system I've been fingerprinted and photographed by USCIS. (United States Citizen and immigration service) I am hopeful, in the following weeks, I will hear or receive a letter stating my appointment with the apartment above mention it.


Sadly, even with this should be a happy moment, trouble arose my heart, because my dearest wife is not doing so well health wise. Her doctor is want to get her off her job for good and the reason is here legs are having a serious case of cellulites, even with the medications sometimes she is in a lot of pain and if she suffer I suffer with her as well.

So this short lines is to ask if you believe in the power of prayers prayed for her I personally don't ask you to do the same for me not because he will not be appreciated but because she needed the most.

News Update News Flash I am so Happy

Hello fellow bloggers:


I have been absent for a long time however, I still reading some of your blogs and this entry is to give all of you that are following an update. Finally, I will become a legal resident of the United States in four months thanks to my mother and my supporting wife, and my sponsor in New York, which he is a wonderful human being with a heart of pure gold moreover to all those who gave me moral support and words of encouragement. Nevertheless, the supporting and well know blogger community.

I will start posting back on stories and more sometime in the near few months to come and with that. In addition, we will be updates related to this process, which is being long. Not just for me, but for my wife also especially because her health is being declining. Moreover, she is still supporting me to accomplish this dream, which will allow me. Not just only to work to support her but to bring up my spirit and myself sense of independence freedom and nevertheless, the American dream for both of us.

I will keep in touch with all that post a comment not just on this update as well on any other stories. I bring to the blog. Thanks again.

Did you ever feel as you where in limbo?

According to the definitions, I found. Limbo is:

First, Often capitalized; an abode of souls that are according to Roman Catholic theology barred from heaven because of not having received Christian baptism.

Second; A: a place or state of restraint or confinement; B: a place or state of neglect or oblivion “Proposals kept in limbo”; C: an intermediate or transitional place or state; D: a state of uncertainty.

Being myself a Catholic this definitions are the closest things we know. We were taught at home, as much as in church about limbo; however, for some reason, my understanding of things was a little off for my younger age.

It was not until my teenage years, when I finally understood the concept. In addition, I was experiencing, not only physical changes in my life, but also on my psychic ability of seeing and hearing, what others can’t. “On time to time” It is like being in the Limbo and I will probably use this; c: final answer. Sometimes feeling isolated or like you do not belong.

In my daily life, it is sometimes like a juggling act with chainsaws in which the minimal distraction can cost you death, pain and suffering.

As Mexican married for three years and a half to an American citizen, it also can make you feel in Limbo. I will try to explain it the best way I can. It is not because we do not love each other, because we do. Most of the feeling comes from the isolation and racial discrimination caused by the lack of information, knowledge and understanding; with this last one, I will add up. “You should walk a mile in my shoes”

Right at this moment, I am happy to say I will be soon a resident of United States. Nevertheless, even becoming legal to live and work will not change the undeniable and painful truth, that every time we hear, watch or read a racial comment it will make us feel like in the Limbo. However, when we come out of limbo we will be stronger.

Let us review this if you ever felt like you do not belong or being rejected by any means, either because the color of your skin or your personal beliefs, religion or any other reason. Think of Limbo not only as the definition above said, think it as a retreat, where you can get stronger, inform, educated, with better understanding, compassion and forgiveness.

As I mentioned it on my last post the law of attraction, it is a universal law. If you think positive, it will bring positive into your life. However if you think negative the law of attraction will bring negative things into your life repeatedly.

What does "out and about" really mean?

Personally, to me means is taking care of many things I would much rather ignore, like the undeniable truth of reality. Every one needs to face it. Otherwise, it will turn around and bite you in the butt. Nevertheless, we procrastinate about it and we refuse to believe many of the things, we are letting go for not being active in our day-to-day life.

Some people will say, “I wish the day had an extra hour to have enough time to do my errands.” Others will say, “All you need is to organize yourself time wise” and others may not even worry about saying anything to you at all because they are to worried about being out and about themselves.

The simplest way to say it might be “mine your own business”, which sounds rude and selfish. The reason why I say this is because let us face it. There is too much pain and suffering around us.

Oil prices raised and fall, unsure markets. Economically speaking.

Different natural like hurricanes, tsunamis, floods,  and man-made disasters, good example BP oil spill, which will make us, desensitize as human beings.

Yes, we have been having a lot of time on our hands to think on the meaning of it. In addition, I should say the deepest meaning of “Out and about”.

Not just doing our own things, but also helping others doing their own things, proving the helping hand finding solutions to common problems and stop being intolerant. It is too easy to blame others of what we are not doing than to blame the real villains here, “Our fears”.

If the phrase “out and about”, was properly broken down in two parts, and get basic meaning. I will do it the following way. OUT: looking and reaching out for others with the same ideals of greatness, and the belief that everything has a solution, also learn more what the power and law of attraction does because these will bring to you what you're asking for. ABOUT: on the move to find understanding all around or on all sides of the feelings of others movement to or among many different places, beliefs and cultures without negative taught.

After all, when somebody asked you what have you been doing and your answer is “out and about” think if you have been doing any of those things. Regardless your answer, it will be always your answer in addition, regardless of what I think. Are you reaching out and about others?

Snowy weather and a weird paradox:

Here, I am again sitting at the computer trying to bring some different contents of text to my readers. That way, I do not sound like I am only asking for economical support to become a resident, and ask every time for more readers.

On February 11, 2010 I was snuggle up in my covers in a good sleep and that all stop when my

my wife’s phone rang at 6:45 am here it was her supervisor asking her how soon she could come in to work because of the weather. I looked outside and it was snowing hard. It is not every day here in Texas that we see snowy days especially eight inches of snow that was expected where my wife and I live in Texas.

I took my wife into work that morning and I came back home and I knew I had to walk the dog. These kinds of days I do not enjoy because she enjoys the snow and she forgets to do her doggy business and I have to spend at least more than 30 minutes in the snow.

While my wife was at work, which I had no idea when she was coming home and there is a chance she is not coming home until the next day. I have express to everyone in one of my blogs that how much I appreciate my wife. I do not have words to describe, but if someone is making all the money in the household and she put in many hours at work and of course, it takes a toll on her physically and mentally.

One day she came to me and said baby, if it is okay with you can I have a cat? Now my wife loves cats I am beginning to wonder if she would take any animal in if she could just to rescue it that is her personality she has a big heart for anyone or any animal. Unfortunately, I am highly allergic to some type of cats. While my wife was at work, I decided to sculpture a cat in the snow with whiskers and a tail. I called my wife up and I said baby you ask me for a cat, so guess what we have one on the porch waiting for you when you come home. Her reply was well because it is cold why don’t you bring it in and let it have a warm place and give the cat some food. I knew at this time my wife was clueless on what I was really telling her and I told her honey the cat is frozen. I did not want to go in details but I knew she was not thrilled to hear that her husband called her and said that there is a frozen cat on the porch waiting for her to get home.

Well while she was on the phone, she told me that she had to work until the next day, which she said she could not give a time when she will be off work however; she will call me and keep me updated on what time. My wife loves these kind of days when it snows hard because she grabs all the overtime she can get her hands on.



On Friday the 12, my wife calls me at 1pm and says ok please come and get me from work I am so ready to come home now. My wife sounded exhausted, I know what was on her mind, and that was a shower and a bed, which, she knew that was not going to happen because she had to go to the group home that she originally works at and fill out her time card and paperwork. While she was there I decided to make a snow dog unfortunately, I did not have my camera with me so I can take a picture.

We got back home and I knew she felt great to be back home because with her being gone for over 30 hours she did look exhausted and when she seen the frozen cat she started to laugh. You could see a big relief in her face knowing it was not a real cat. Well she ate some dinner, took a shower which she took a long time in that shower which, is common for her then at 8 pm she went to sleep I do not think her head hit the pillow she was out cold. While she was in bed I decided to go outside and sculpture some more.

I went out with the dog onto the pool area of the apartment complex and let the dog play free on the snow meanwhile, on one of the patio tables. I started the creation of the peak of old sculptures and I made the Sphinx of Egypt and the 3 pyramids of Giza, Egypt. It really took me around an hour to an hour and a half just to do the Sphinx that pyramids they were not that bad and here's a picture of them.

That Saturday morning I got up and went outside to check if they survived because the sun was out and was starting to melt the snow away. I came back in and told my wife that I had a crazy idea about making the Roman Coliseum and I wanted to do it before the snow completely melted away. Therefore, I grabbed my craving tools, went to the pool area, and did my sculpture on the second table. Here is the picture of the Roman Coliseum that I sculpture.

Now, the paradox is that each table on the pool area on the apartment complex. It is separated by the pool. Paradoxically in the geography of Egypt and Rome only thing that divides them is the Mediterranean Sea. I never plan it that way, but the personal on the office make a comment.

Where society is going:

Lately, I have noticed more and more. How things go around us and around the world, for instance. I would say that it does not matter what color of the skin we are or what type of religion we practice. We are all humans -- and that is the only fact that no one can deny.

Unfortunately, more often than ever, we see people for their color or for their religion. Even for their nationality, I might not be a US citizen yet, or even a resident of United States yet. However, with my point of view I hope that will give you some insights, of how society is going to end if we keep doing what we have been doing for generations.

I will try to go to the root of the problem, I seen how people cheat the system.


Someone told me once. If someone really cares about you, he will hurt you with the truth. However, if they do not care about you, they will kill you 1000 times with their lies.

I was having a conversation with one of my neighbors. I found out that there are people that can help you if they can, and if they want too. However, finding out that even if you try your hardest, people will not understand what is going on. Even on the other side of the coin, knowing that this one exist and they will not even bother in trying to finding out what is going on.

We live at an apartment community that more than often seems to me, they are money hungry. My wife and I notice recently that the office it is not being taking care of on the cleaning part. My wife and I, we being extremely tight on our finances, and we thought why you do not give us a chance to clean the office. Therefore, you can pay us $30 that will help us and that will make the office more attractive and cozy to the public.

Unfortunate, the respond that we have was, -- sorry guys, we cannot help you with that, because you are not a company and you are not bounded and insured and if something happened to you we will be liable. -- for the last five months if not more, that office is not being clean. Therefore, you can imagine what kind of impression give to the new possible tenants or residents of the community.

Another good example will be plasma centers. Usually plasma is on high demand for hospitals, as well as blood, my wife is not able to donate plasma due to medical reasons. However, I can, and we thought, well, I can donate plasma and at least will have $30 to get some food in the house. She calls this place and asks -- do we need any type of documents to bring with us? -- the answer, you have to have your Social Security card and your driver license, which I do have. Therefore, because I do not have a Social Security -- that does mean, that my plasma is not good enough to save lives? Should I bother Then?

It is highly frustrating that the government apparently does not care about anything else other then their own interest, and many of you will think why I am saying this. The reason is that, when my wife took the decision to marry me. Accordingly to some rules. She will not be able to obtain any help. Even when she is a US citizen, who only tells me that your rights as many of you already know, they are not worth nothing. On top of that, she could go to jail, just because her heart told her that I was the right person to be married.

She could not apply for food stamps, but all the cheaters of the system do. Moreover, here is where I am going to hurt some feelings, and I am not generalizing. On the other hand, maybe I will do so. Hispanics, blacks, Hindus, Chinese, they have a bunch of kids and they get the help. Moreover, my wife and I we are not able to have kids on our own and with the procedures, tons of paperwork and money that we do not have. We cannot adopt either.

Sometimes we go to the food bank, because hardly with her check we can afford anything. In addition, we saw people coming to the food bank on a brand-new car or truck still with the temporary plates from dealership and something just clicks on my mind. What is wrong with this picture?

I know, this could sound harsh, but do you think that is right to spend gobs and gobs of money trying to defend the freedom of other countries. When they did not earn it by themselves.

Therefore, leave your own people, your own country defenseless of any terrorist attack, or major natural disaster. Just because, all your resources are being deployed on some other countries.

United States it is known as the land of the free. With this, I mean. Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom from slavery and injustice, and I could keep going on and on.

However, some people will say. Freedom comes with a price with the men and women that serve the country and defend us from harm. In addition, Freedom comes with certain responsibilities, and those responsibilities are infinite and that is how I know you earn freedom.

However, all this that I just say for some, will make a lot of sense and for some, it will not even stick to their skin. Therefore, I could keep going and going, but I do not want to sound like a broken record. If you know that, you are doing wrong. Change your ways if you know that drinking and driving is wrong. Stop doing it. If you know that talking on the phone when you are driving could cause an accident, stop doing it.

If someone should be responsible of your own well-being is yourself. Because if you are not responsible then you will be abusing of that freedom, causing harm to yourself and others -- you would not give a three-year-old kid a gun or a bottle of scotch, because that will be very irresponsible.

Then use your freedom taking responsibilities of your own actions and do it wisely.
Help others the same way you will wanted to be help if you were in need. In addition, if you have a job but your neighbor does not have one. Talked to him and offer him something to do, like doing the laundry for you or mowing the lawn, pay him some money on the measure of your possibilities, but explained that to him, because honestly I don't think he will feel offended by your offering, because any money is better than no money at all.

I hope we help each other and reach for each other. I hope that will change. The darker future, we are facing, and I hope this is not just a dream for a better future, but a reality for all of us. Thank you and God bless you all.

Step into my shoes:

To many of you, this small portion of a blog will have infinite similarities and this is how we can start.

We know the economy is bad but just imagine what it could be. If the entire household depends on eight dollars, and hour and you have three or more than three mouth to feed.

If all this sounds familiar to you is because it is the reality of these days to every single family in every part of the world. Probably the tabulations of money salary wise are different, but the domino effect is the same.

A few nights ago, my wife and I were going through several pieces of invoices of what we owe to the hospitals due to the medical problems she has. My wife and we notice that every single invoice a different color of paper quite fancy to be honest: I wonder why the hospitals charge that much. They have to keep up with the demand of the fancy paper.

If I put the example of how fancy the paper color was, one of the invoices was a two-tone red paper, another one on two-tone paper blue, another a two-tone paper green. in addition, all those color paper just mention degraded into a very nice and smooth, soft colors.

Anyhow, the fact is that as many of you, probably we cannot afford medical insurance. It is getting ridiculous. How a person that works with MHMR could make $8.75 and a gardener makes 75 cents less than the other person, a dishwasher does makes $9.50 an hour.

I am not coming with these numbers just for the hell of it but because I was a dishwasher once. In addition, I was a gardener, and that is how you started hourly.

Now let us go to the imagining part that I mention of the second paragraph again, by now. Your pantry is suffering a severe case of emptiness and you see your partner not being able to work because either he cannot or because no one is hiring or in my case, because you are not legal to work that will make you worry sick.

Then you will have two good candidates, to become sick, to high blood pressure, heart attack, embolism, or just a stroke, one for over doing it, trying to find a better job or another job besides the one that person have, just to try to make ends meet. The other one highly depressed and worry for himself and for the other person.

After all this, I will ask you, is your salary appropriate for the actual times. If you answer, was -- NO -- then what we should do? Banks have a stimulus package. Companies have a stimulus package what do you think your stimulus package would be.

One option could be raising the minimum wages.

In addition, really tabulate how much a person that works with MHMR, an RN, housekeepers, laundry personal. And so on and so on.

For example: doctors, surgeons, lawyers, engineers, architects, CEOs. They have salary and they do not need more money of what they are making because otherwise that will be the law of, let us make ourselves Richer and the poor poorer. If they want to keep making money then they have to sacrifice a little.

On January 1 of 2010, I thought it was going to be another regular day. Oh, boy was I wrong. The same day, our cell phone shut off and Denise went to work as usual taking off a little earlier that day from the house. Usually, she works from 3 pm to 11 p.m.

Exactly at 2:30 PM., something told me to call her however, finding out myself that we did not have phone service, so I tried not to worry. At 2:55 P.M., a neighbor came to the house and told me that I needed to come to her house and call your wife she was in a car accident.

I took off just hoping that my wife was okay. Once I arrived at the neighbors, apartment the phone rang and it was my wife as she sounded scared and shaken up. I was relieved when I heard that my wife did not cause the accident it was the other person.

The time of the accident, she and the person that was involved decided not to call the cops and move away from the scene. With my wife, only about 3 minutes away from her job they decide to go to her work, check out everything, and switch information. He admitted to my wife that it was his fault because he was not paying attention to the road I wonder why he was on his cell phone and he was driving with his arm in a sling.

I spoke to the person myself on the phone and ask him questions and every question he could not reply logically I assumed it was because he was confused due to the accident. When my wife got back on the phone I ask her not to let the person go so I could see the damages well by the time I arrived he already left. My wife said that the person wanted to go and here is the number where he could be reach if we need anything. I checked out our car and fortunately, the damage on our car was minor thank goodness.

I had to take my wife to the ER because she bumped her head and finding out it was a contusion, which I was happy for that nothing, major.

Two days later, my wife called the person and the person did not answer the phone however, she left a message and he never returns her call at work. On January 11, 2010, my wife goes to work and finding out that there was a message on the door stating to call this person. His father and he met her at her work so they could get more information as they proceed on talking the father said well it is your fault how my son could cause the accident because he is extremely cautious. My wife was furious at this point and she said well I am as well cautious and the father said well according to the insurance company they think that there is no way it could be his fault.

Thank goodness, my mother helped us with getting our phones turned back on. We finally called our insurance, explain to them about the accident, and see what we need to do now. Finding out that our insurance need to be renewed oh great and we never received anything on this. Can anything go right for once?
To make maters worse when she received her check we had to put most of it towards the rent and we still have late fees. Thank goodness, she received a gift card for Christmas at work and we used that for a little food what 20 dollars can get us. We also had to have gas so we put 10 dollars in the tank and here we are totally, broke and it is not easy. Trust me I am not saying it is probably not easy for you as well.

My wife suffers with high blood pressure and if she goes through her work to get health insurance they will take 200 dollars out every month and she only brings home 1200 dollars a month. Well that means it will be only 1000 dollars a month and we cannot do that. We are gasping for air, we put our heads together to come up with solutions, and it is hard. My wife is trying to find another job and you know how hard that is.

I know this might sound like a broken record. I want to become legal resident, to help my wife and we cannot afford the cost of it. Moreover, I cannot work legally until is done.

Anyway, I just wanted to bring to your attention as readers of this blog that I have been having certainly a real pleasure on writing stories for you. Unfortunately, I am having a difficult time trying to think anything else besides my own problems and my own worries. Of course, nevertheless, the facts that recently I asked help to all, on donating to help us out with my papers for immigration, which only one of my readers did. I will not say names, but I already extend my deepest gratitude to that person.

However, As always, I will ask nicely to all again two simple things the first one will be the most easier to do. An angel disguised as a woman with a huge and generous heart:

A couple of days ago, when I was feeling really down emotionally I start replying to all the blogs, I follow and discover that one of them was an angel disguised as a woman. I know the economy is really in bad shape. However, she was able to donate to my blog. $20 through paypal for what I became speechless and very grateful.

I should say for whatever reason she did it proved to my wife and me that there are still great people out there. However, hope is the last thing we should lose. I know there is something inside each and everyone of us that care for others and that is what is describe as all of us being unique. Because before leaving someone suffers pain or anguish, we will give ourselves the thought of, what if I was on his shoes. In addition, we help some people with prayer. Some people help with money, and some people help with either moral support, clothes or food.

I have seen it with my own eyes. More than once, why wait until a tragedy occurs, to help others this has been on my mind all the time. However, I wish I could help others the same way I have been help, but at this time, it is impossible. I have to think if by any means I can help others, once I become a resident, I will do so with open heart.

I know a difficult topic that not many people touch, but it is anything on my physical body that can save lives. I will do so. That is another reason I wish to be a legal resident of United States that I can became an organ donor. In case of something happened to me or in case someone needs something from me that can save his or her life. In addition, if the economy changes for the better in the future, I will also help.

I hope you are all in good health and plentiful of blessings, my best wishes to all in this upcoming new year. However, I cannot say that I am in the same happy mood; time is running out for me, and the possibility of a dream turned into a nightmare.

For those that did not have a chance to read my first blogs, and do not have any idea what I am talking about, I will put a little reminder here. The reason of this blog originally intended to be not only for expressing myself, but to let you know our lives, and what could become if we do not accomplish the goal for me to gain residents in United States.

I ask to you all to spread the word about my blog with other bloggers, friends, and family members. However, I will sadly have to say, that by the end of the year I will only have five more months to be in the United States legally with my tourist visa, after that I do not know what is going to happen to me.

It's clear to me that my wife is very worry about it, but we don't have the resources to pull it out, I did ask Santa Claus to bring at least a small envelope with the money we need to do these process of immigration, in order for me to be able to work and help my wife.

However, apparently, Mr. Claus did not receive my letter on the North Pole, and unfortunately, he do not have access to any computers either. If he does, he probably will read my blog. Moreover, he could become a blogger as well.

Let's be and get serious, at least for just a moment, recently we almost lost our apartment we owe rent, “late Charges” electric, cable, to make things worse, our car is acting up. We have a loan on the title of the car, due to unexpected medical bills, when my wife starts having problems with her leg. However, when we were trying to pay the loan back in full we were short but just a couple hundreds. The car needed the fuel pump and we have to ask for another extension of the loan to get it done and fixed, leaving us with no money, and with a debt.

For some strange reason every single time, we tried to get ourselves ahead in all the money compromises we have, something else happen. Even with the help of many angels and all the prayers, something seems against us.

A single paycheck as you probably know by now, is not cutting it at all, I try putting some ads on Craig list offering my service as a Spanish tutor for the surrounding universities or schools closed by, however for some strange reason , no hits on it just a couple of people trying to scam me. I had another ad on Craig list offering my service as a repairperson, but nothing.

My family in Mexico does not have any possibility to help us out; especially having in consideration the economy is not good over there as well. Her family can not help either due to medical reasons her mom is not in the best shape and her dad a few months back had a fall and now he suffer a few grammas seizures and he is dedicated of health. That is why I plead to you to let others know about this blog, the donation button, is not a bogus thing. Originally, I open my PayPal account to try to make business selling jewelry that I make, either through eBay or through any other means, but not luck. In addition, so that is the reason I have this PayPal account on the 1st Pl. and I thought that well, maybe I could use it to ask for donations to help us out with in the process of immigration, but again no luck.

Probably I sound like an old record, that repeats repeatedly the same part of the song, but come on people, I am desperate and I do not know what else to. With my wife in not such good health, blood pressure going up and down, not been able to pay for medication for her, with her trying to find another job, on the worst recession ever, we pray That at least pays a little better than the one that she is right now.

Believe me I do want my wife to spend the rest of my life with, but if I do not start helping her soon she is going to have a stroke, I know the economy is not the best, and I may be asking too much for you to help. Making a small donation whatever is in your possibilities, not breaking the bank in the process.

So if you know anybody that would be able to help me accomplishing or getting the money needed for the process of immigration please do so.

The Second Battle:

As I say on my last story, it was not going to be my last battle. However, the time when I had to take up on one of the biggest decisions live on the same pattern I was living or move to find better future for myself.
